Founder of Mental Pulse and mental wellness coach Mmakgabo Dlomo has lived and worked in the UK in the mental health field. Working with a multitudes of people with mental health difficulties, she has helped to incorporate mindfulness into their recovery. 5 Days of Mindfulness is the first stepping stone to cultivating self mastery and building self awareness. 

Through one-on-one coaching Mmakgabo focuses on helping people to build mental resilience, remove mental blocks and finding their most authentic selves.
